1. What’s your most compelling quality?
I have a knack for meeting people, and developing and maintaining lasting relationships, which has helped me a great deal in life, and allows me to have a vast network of friends and former colleagues that I have remained in touch with for decades.
2. What’s your worst quality, according to your friends?
I can be very absent-minded at times. I forget my car keys, lose my air pods, forget to turn off the bathroom light, etc.
3. What’s an overrated value you don’t buy into?
Trends. I don’t buy into trends just because they’re what’s hot or what everyone is doing right now.
4. How do you feel about cilantro?
I love cilantro!
5. Are essential oils anything?
I’m still not convinced.
6. How do you get your self-esteem?
My family instilled a lot of self confidence in me as a small child, and I’ve had pretty high self-esteem ever since.
7. What meal can you make the hell out of?
I’m a great cook so I like to think I can make about anything. But lately my husband has really been enjoying my baked chicken and rice, so we’ll go with that.
8. What’s your favorite item of clothing you own?
My Naked Wardrobe black leggings.
9. How do you handle conflict in your closest relationships?
I usually avoid it.
10. What’s something you’ve changed your mind about in the last year?
Having a baby. My baby girl is now 6 months old.
11. Who is someone in your field of work that you admire?
A fellow entrepreneur by the name of Gloria Williams aka Footnanny.

13. What quote or phrase has stayed with you?
The love is in the details.
14. What’s your favorite movie from the last ten years?
Black Panther.
15. What’s the most delicious bite of food you’ve ever had?
My grandmother’s sweet potato pie.
16. What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned about yourself as a leader?
I don’t rule with an iron fist.
17. Is social media ruining our brains?
No.
18. Describe your actual bedtime routine.
I curl up on the couch with a glass of wine after putting the baby down and watch Netflix with my hubby until we both pass out.
19. What’s your relationship with bangs?
I love them! I’ve had several phases in my life where I’ve been a proud bang wearer.
