1. What’s your most compelling quality?
My wanderlust. I live to travel. I’m always planning my next vacation.
2. What’s your worst quality, according to your friends?
I can be impatient.
3. What’s an overrated value you don’t buy into?
I don’t think someone needs to wake up at 4:30am to have a productive day.
4. How do you feel about cilantro?
I’m a big fan. Not just for the taste, but also for the health benefits.
5. Are essential oils anything?
Absolutely. Fun fact—my first job was at Starfish Oils so I am well-versed in the benefits of essential oils.
6. What's the most effective beauty trick you know?
Sleep and hydration are a powerful combination.
7. How do you get your self-esteem?
Self-esteem is a muscle. So the more time and energy you put into building your self-esteem, the stronger it will be.
8. What meal can you make the hell out of?
I’m a pro at whipping up a really nice salad with whatever is on hand.
9. What’s your favorite item of clothing you own?
My Éterne white t-shirts. I probably own a dozen or more and live in them.
10. What’s something you’ve changed your mind about in the last year?
Trying to constantly achieve work-life balance. Sometimes life will need more attention, and sometimes work will need more attention. The real balance is diving into the one that is calling out at that moment.
11. Who is someone in your field of work that you admire?
Lara Pia Baroncini for her entrepreneurial spirit and eye for design.

15. What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned about yourself as a leader?
I do well under pressure.
16. What’s the most delicious bite of food you’ve ever had?
Fresh fruit when I’m home in Jamaica.
17. Is social media ruining our brains?
Probably yes, but I wish the answer was no.
18. Describe your actual bedtime routine.
Warm shower and I spend some good quality time on my nighttime skincare routine. And these days, I’m in bed by 8:30pm.
19. What’s your relationship with bangs?
We had a short-lived fling.
