If You’re Over 35 And Hate Most Clothes You See, You Need To Be Shopping This Brand

Why are so many clothes suddenly so ugly right now?

Here’s a real, non-rhetorical question for you:

Why are most clothes nowadays so unbelievably hideous?

Are you finding this? You’re like, shopping at your normal, favorite store, or swiping through your go-to shopping app, but inside you’re quietly gagging, because everything you see is ghastly.

Is it some kind of holdover from normcore? Whatever that is? Is it some kind of women-hating plot to make us all look like matronly crones? Whatever it is, if we see another stupid hem line or wide elastic waistband we’re going to sit down and possibly weep.

So imagine our delight when we stumbled upon a brand we had never heard of, Cuyana, and wanted to weep for a different reason. Everything was sort of…simple. Almost like all the everyday basics we all need but somehow can never find.

We got really excited.

So we decided to write about it.

Here’s just a taste with 14 of our favorite things we found.

Though there are loads more:

1. French Terry Wide-Leg Cropped Pant

Why we love it: Well. It’s like you’re wearing pajamas except you look chic as hell. So. You know. The perfect pants?

Price: $98

2. Folding Panama Hat

Why we love it: If hats never fit you, we’ve found your new holy grail. Cuyana’s hats come in 4 (!!!) sizes, and look amazing with everything you own. And this one is FOLDABLE so you can travel with it!

Price: $118

3. Slim Scoop Tank

Why we love it: A tank is somehow not fully appreciated as the versatile wonder that it truly is. Under a jean jacket for zero bulk, over a maxi skirt with pearls for a fancy look that feels like you’re in your cozies; there’s nothing it can’t do. And this one is especially long which is flattering on nearly every body type.

Price: $25

4. Tencel Split Front Maxi Skirt

Why we love it: I mean, just look at it.

Price: $168

5. French Terry Puff Sleeve Sweatshirt

Why we love it: It’s cute, it’s dressy, and yet it’s a full blown sweatshirt.

Price: $118

6. Classic Trench

Why we love it: If you’ve never had a trench, you need a trench. Once a trench lives in your closet you suddenly find yourself wondering how the hell you ever lived without a trench. And this trench is especially flattering.

Trench.

Price: $298

7. Pima Boatneck Long Sleeve Tee

Why we love it: Again with this magic neckline.

Price: $58

8. Pima Cami

Why we love it: Can you wear this to bed? Yes. Can you wear this under a blazer to a meeting and crush? Yes.

Price: $35

9. Alpaca Scarf

Why we love it: Click HERE to see our ideal way to wear this lightweight yet deeply cozy scarf.

Price: $98

10. Washable Silk Joggers

Why we love it: They had us at washable.

Price: $178

11. French Terry Long Cardigan

Why we love it: Pretty and functional and also feels like a bathrobe but you’re able to sit at work and look cute and NOT be freezing to death cuz your boss keeps the place at a balmy 62 in the fall.

Price: $148

12. Modern Saddle Bag

Why we love it: We do not like paying for some $800 “trend” bag that we will hate in 2 years. We like bags that last a lifetime. We like paying for that kind of quality.

Price: $298

13. Silk Slip Dress

Why we love it: On top of the fact that you can wear this with heels to a wedding or with sneakers for lunch, it has the most ingenious invention on the back. Oh go on. Click into it. It’ll be worth it.

Price: $228

14. French Terry Boatneck Sweatshirt

Why we love it: Not entirely sure why the rest of the world hasn’t gotten the memo that boatnecks are the single most flattering neckline for 99.999% of women, but they are.

Price: $98
