So when she endorses a simple hack for making any meal more filling and nutritious, OF COURSE we’re going to try it (and write about it).

It turns out, she adds a totally unexpected ingredient to her morning oatmeal.

Ready? Here is the secret ingredient: egg whites.

 
 

We know. Sounds odd. But trust us, it’s delicious and a smart way to sneak more protein into your diet, which will keep you full and satiated until lunch.

The Jennifer Aniston Oatmeal with Egg Whites

  • Make oatmeal, the usual way or whatever the box says

  • 2 egg whites, add to oatmeal right before it’s done cooking

  • Whip together, and enjoy.
